We are a video production company based in Bergen, specializing in event films for businesses and organizations. While most of our shoots take place in Bergen and Western Norway, we also undertake assignments in other parts of Norway.

We carry out the recordings according to the plan. At the same time, we are always on the lookout for those 'golden nuggets' – the spontaneous, fun, or genuine moments that often become favorites.

Filming

Shortly after the event, we begin editing the film and photos. We will send you drafts and make any changes you request. We won't stop until you are 100% satisfied.

FAQ

  • The price depends on several factors: the duration of the event, the number of people required for the assignment, the amount of equipment needed, and the extent of post-production work.

    The price includes all equipment, planning, attendance, recording, and editing of the finished video and photos. Travel within Bergen is included – otherwise, it will be agreed upon in advance.

    We have produced events starting from 25,000 NOK, where the event lasted one day with a single crew, and only a highlight film and some short clips were to be delivered.

    Events that span multiple days, where we create highlight films and marketing material, photograph, and livestream, can easily cost up to 150,000 NOK or more.

  • Usually 2–3 weeks, depending on length and complexity. If you need it faster, we can find a solution.

    We can also deliver a short teaser or social media version within a few days after the event. For conferences, you can also order a same-day edit – a short highlight video the same evening or the next day.

    We deliver in the formats you need: 16:9 for web and TV, square (1:1) or vertical (9:16) for social media.

  • An event video can be utilized far beyond the event day itself. We can help edit multiple versions that can be used for:

    • website and landing pages

    • social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)

    • newsletters and internal screens

    • recruitment, employer branding, and presentations

    Many clients use the highlight video to market next year's event, showcase the workplace atmosphere, and build internal pride.

  • Yes. We plan the event video with the channels in mind and can create multiple versions from the same footage, for example:

    • a longer version for website or internal use

    • shorter clips for social media (9:16, 1:1, 16:9)

    • extra short snippets for ads or teaser clips

    This ensures you get more value from the event material without having to order a completely new production.

  • Time, location, and a simple overview of the program. The more we know about what's happening, the better we can plan the recording and provide an accurate price.

    Book as early as possible, preferably 3–4 weeks in advance. For large events, we recommend even earlier. For larger productions or complex venues, we are happy to conduct a preliminary visit.

  • We always start with a brief chat about the event, the target audience, and what you aim to achieve with the event video. After that, we review:

    • the program for the day

    • which parts are most important to include

    • any key individuals who should be interviewed

    • how video and photos will be used afterwards

    The clearer our shared goals are, the better we can plan camera usage, angles, and coverage – and ensure you receive content that is actually used.

  • Typically, it's sufficient for one contact person from your side to allocate:

    • 1-2 hours for a kick-off meeting

    • A little time to send the program, practical information, and some logistics.

    • Brief feedback on drafts once we have edited the event video.

    We are used to working as independently as possible. Our goal is for you to spend most of your time on the event itself, and as little as possible on 'looking after' us.

  • Typically, one to two people will attend, depending on the size of the event and what needs to be covered.

    We remain discreet and keep the focus on the guests – most people barely notice we are there. Whether we are there for the entire day or only parts of it will be agreed upon in advance.

  • We offer photography as part of the package, so you get both video and photos from one provider.

    Other possibilities:

    • Livestream for those who cannot attend

    • Recording of lectures and presentations with good audio

    • Photo booth where guests take pictures – perfect for annual parties.

    • Short interviews with participants

    • Drone footage at outdoor events (we arrange permits)

  • Some of our most successful projects and collaborations have been with clients we've worked with over an extended period. This allows us to gain a deep understanding of you, your brand, and your target audiences, and each time we film, we build upon our previous work.

    We store both finished films and raw footage in a structured manner. This enables us to later:

    • quickly create new clips and dedicated social media versions based on previous footage

    • update or extend existing films without needing to reshoot everything

    • extract material for campaigns, recruitment, or internal presentations as needed

    Over time, this means we spend less time on 'getting acquainted' and planning everything from scratch each time, and more time on creating impactful content – drawing from an increasingly rich library of footage from your events.

  • Yes. Many clients use events as an opportunity to gather additional content, for example:

    • Short interviews with employees for recruitment videos

    • Customer stories or case study films with participants

    • Quotes and short clips that can be used in campaigns later

    If we plan this in advance, we can film both the event video and additional content in the same production, so you get more out of the day.

  • We create videos with their intended use in mind. This means the correct length, format, and pace for each platform – whether it's a 6-second ad, a 30-second LinkedIn video, or a longer version for your website.

    We have extensive experience with digital marketing and know what works in campaigns. If you need multiple versions of the same video, we will adapt them for the channels you plan to use – without you having to worry about the technical aspects.

  • We have backup equipment and extensive experience with live situations. If something goes wrong, we will find a solution.

    In case of cancellation or date change – please notify us as early as possible. Changes close to the original date may incur costs.

  • You own the video and can use it freely – online, on social media, at trade shows, and internally.

    We store the raw footage for one year as standard. You can access the raw files if you wish, and with longer collaborations, we build up a media library you can use over time.

  • We can integrate the event video into your visual brand identity. This means:

    • Use of logo and colors in intro and outro

    • Simple graphics for names/titles of speakers

    • Text overlays or calls to action where appropriate

    If you have existing templates or brand guidelines, we will adapt to them. Otherwise, we can suggest a simple, clean style that suits you.

    We can also produce more advanced graphics, but this often involves additional costs and planning.

  • We are based in Bergen but take assignments all over Norway. Travel is agreed upon in advance.
